Cookie Policy

Effective date:

This cookie policy is effective as of the date shown on this page.

This page explains what the deepmanage.com website stores on your device, and what it does not.

Do we use cookies?

Only if you consent. deepmanage.com uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. We show a consent banner on your first visit; unless you choose “Accept”, Google Analytics is not loaded, no cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. “Reject” is offered as prominently as “Accept” and does not affect your use of the website.

We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or personalization.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

If you consent, Google Analytics 4 sets the following cookies:

Cookie Purpose Duration
_ga Assigns a random ID to tell you apart from other visitors 2 years
_ga_<id> Keeps the state of your visit session 2 years

Through these cookies we collect the pages you visit, visit duration, the referring site, approximate location (country/city level), device, browser and language. Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off; the data is not used for advertising and is not shared with Google’s advertising products.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and the data may be processed on servers of Google LLC outside Türkiye, mainly in the European Union and the United States. For details, see our KVKK Notice and Google’s privacy policy.

Form security (Google reCAPTCHA)

On pages with the contact and demo forms, Google reCAPTCHA v3 is loaded to protect the forms against automated submissions. reCAPTCHA may use the _GRECAPTCHA cookie on Google’s domain (6 months) and your browser’s local storage. This is necessary for the security of the forms, is not used for advertising and does not depend on the consent banner. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

What we store in your browser

The website also keeps the choices you make in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). These entries are not cookies and are not sent to our server.

When you choose to view the website in English or Turkish:

  • Key: dm-lang
  • Content: Only the language you chose (en or tr)
  • Purpose: Showing pages in your chosen language when you come back
  • Duration: It stays on your device until you delete it in your browser

When you choose the light or dark theme with the theme switch in the top menu:

  • Key: dm-theme
  • Content: Only the theme you chose (light or dark). With the automatic option the entry is removed and your system setting is used.
  • Purpose: Showing pages in your chosen theme when you come back
  • Duration: It stays on your device until you delete it in your browser

When you make a choice in the cookie consent banner:

  • Key: dm-consent
  • Content: Whether you accepted analytics cookies, and when you made the choice
  • Purpose: Remembering your choice so the banner is not shown on every page
  • Duration: It stays on your device until you delete it in your browser

This information is not sent to us or to anyone else, does not identify you and is not used for any other purpose. It is needed only to provide the language, theme and consent choices you asked for.

What we do not use

  • No advertising or retargeting tools.
  • No social media plugins or tracking pixels. Apart from Google Analytics, which is loaded only with your consent, and reCAPTCHA on the forms, we use no third-party code.
  • Fonts are served from our own server; visiting the website does not send requests to external font services such as Google Fonts.

The LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Facebook links on the website are plain links, and no information is sent to these platforms until you click one. Once you follow a link, that platform may use its own cookies, and its cookie and privacy policies apply.

You can reopen the consent banner at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw an earlier consent by choosing “Reject”, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser and Google Analytics is no longer loaded. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

How to delete your preferences

You can delete the dm-lang, dm-theme and dm-consent entries by clearing the site data for this website in your browser settings. The website will then open in its default language and in the theme that matches your system setting on your next visit, and the consent banner will be shown again. You can also remove the theme preference by setting the switch back to automatic.

Changes

If the cookies or similar technologies we use change, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. The current version is always published on this page.
