Privacy Policy

Effective date:

This privacy policy is effective as of the date shown on this page.

This policy explains in plain language how we process your personal data when you visit the deepmanage.com website and use its forms. It is written to meet the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, for visitors from the European Union and the European Economic Area, the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). The formal notice required under Turkish law is our KVKK Information Notice.

What data we process and why

Contact and demo request forms

On the contact form we ask for your name, email address, organization, optionally your phone number, and your message. On the demo request form we also ask for your job title (optional), the number of devices you want to manage, and your preferred deployment model (cloud, on-premises or undecided); the message is optional.

We use this information to answer your request, prepare a demo, and carry out sales communication about that request. What you submit is sent to info@deepmanage.com and recorded in our customer request system.

The forms do not ask for marketing consent, so we do not send newsletters or marketing emails based on the information you submit. Please do not include personal information that your request does not need in your message, and in particular no special categories of data such as health information.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our web server records your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page address and your browser information (user agent). We use these logs to keep the website secure, prevent misuse, fix technical problems and meet our legal obligations.

Form security (Google reCAPTCHA)

To protect the contact and demo forms against automated submissions and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on pages that contain a form. reCAPTCHA evaluates data such as your IP address, browser and device information and your interactions with the page to estimate whether a request comes from a person. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; the data may be processed on servers of Google LLC outside Türkiye, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA is loaded only on pages that contain a form.

Google Analytics

If you consent in the banner shown on your first visit, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand in more detail how the website is used. Google Analytics collects the pages you visit, visit duration, the referring site, approximate location (country/city level) and device, browser and language information, linked to a random ID stored in cookies in your browser. Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off; this data is not used for advertising.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, and the data may be processed on servers of Google LLC outside Türkiye, mainly in the European Union and the United States. If you do not consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. The cookies used and their durations are listed in our Cookie Policy.

Language preference

The site language, theme and cookie consent choices you make are stored in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Under Turkish law (KVKK Article 5), we rely on the following grounds: for demo and quote requests, processing that is directly related to the establishment of a contract (Article 5(2)(c)); for general enquiries and website and form security (including reCAPTCHA), our legitimate interests (Article 5(2)(f)); and for server logs, additionally, compliance with our legal obligations (Article 5(2)(ç)). Google Analytics cookies rely solely on your explicit consent (Article 5(1)).

For visitors to whom the GDPR applies, the corresponding grounds are:

  • Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) for demo and quote requests;
  • Our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in answering enquiries and keeping the website and its forms secure (including reCAPTCHA);
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)) where we must keep or disclose server logs under the law that applies to us;
  • Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) for Google Analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Who we share data with

We share your data only with service providers that provide technical services such as website hosting and email on our behalf and under our instructions, and with competent public authorities where we are legally required to do so. The website servers are located in Ankara, Türkiye. Form submissions are delivered and stored through the servers of Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which provides our email service, outside Türkiye. Data collected through reCAPTCHA on form pages and, if you consent, through Google Analytics is transferred to Google’s servers abroad; these transfers are made under Article 9 of the KVKK on the basis of standard contracts signed with the service providers and notified to the Personal Data Protection Board. See our KVKK Notice for details.

Visitors from the EU and EEA

Infoline is established in Türkiye. If you contact us from the EU or the EEA, the information you submit is received and processed by us in Türkiye. The European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for Türkiye. We protect your data with the measures described in this policy and apply the same safeguards to all visitors.

The website contains links to our LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Facebook accounts. These are plain links: our website does not load plugins or tracking code from these platforms. When you follow a link, that platform’s own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep data

  • Form submissions: 1 year
  • Server logs: 2 years
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months

At the end of these periods, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. Only staff who need the data for their work can access it.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the recipients, request correction or deletion, object to adverse results of solely automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. The full list and how to apply are in our KVKK Information Notice. We answer requests within thirty days at the latest. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) under the conditions described there.

If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
  • Have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
  • Have your data erased, where the conditions of the GDPR are met;
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
  • Receive data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability), where processing is based on a contract;
  • Object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation;
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU or EEA member state where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place.

To use any of these rights, write to info@deepmanage.com or to our postal address above. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Data processed in the DeepManage product

This policy covers only the website. For data about devices managed with the DeepManage product and the users of those devices, the data controller is the customer organization using the product. In cloud deployments, Infoline acts as a data processor under its agreement with the customer; in on-premises deployments, Infoline does not process this data.

Children

The website is intended for organizations and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with its update date.
