Pricing questions
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this site exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.
What is the minimum number of devices?
Subscriptions start at 10 devices. Between 10 and 5,000 devices the cloud price is $3.50 per device per month. Above 5,000 devices we prepare a custom quote.
How does yearly payment work?
If you pay for a cloud subscription a year in advance, the per‑device price drops by 10% to $3.15 per month.
How is on‑premises priced?
The listed price applies only to the cloud. For on‑premises we prepare a quote that covers device licenses and installation, because it depends on your fleet and environment, such as the number of servers, a closed network or high availability. Contact us for a quote.
Is there a free trial?
Instead of a self‑service trial we prepare a demo environment for your team and walk you through it, so you can test DeepManage with your own devices.
Is support included?
Product updates are included. Support and SLA commitments are offered as an add‑on package; see the Support page for details.
Can we add or remove devices later?
Yes. Tell us how your fleet changes and we adjust the subscription. Contact us for the details of your agreement.
