These terms of use are effective as of the date shown on this page.

These terms govern your use of the deepmanage.com website (the “Website”) operated by Infoline Bilgi Teknolojileri Tic. A.Ş. (“Infoline”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website. This is an English translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

These terms apply only to the use of the Website. The purchase and use of the DeepManage product are governed by the separate agreement and license terms concluded between the parties.

Nature of the content

The content on the Website is provided to give general information about the DeepManage product and mobile device management. It is not legal, technical or professional advice, and it is not an offer or a commitment. We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but product features, supported devices and other information may change without notice. Binding information for your organization is provided to you in writing at the quote and contract stage.

Prices and quotes

Prices shown on the Website are for information only, exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. Information on the Website does not create a sales contract. Any purchase is subject to a written quote issued by Infoline and to the contract signed between the parties; that quote and contract govern prices and conditions.

Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the content of the Website, including texts, images, screenshots, logos, design and software, belong to Infoline or to the right holders who have licensed it to us. The DeepManage name and logo are trademarks of Infoline. You may view the content for your own information or to evaluate DeepManage within your organization, and you may quote short extracts with attribution. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use of the content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Use of the Website

When using the Website, you agree to comply with applicable law and not to:

  • Attempt to breach the security of the Website or its servers, disrupt its operation or overload it;
  • Extract data from the Website in bulk with automated tools in a way that disrupts its normal operation;
  • Submit false, third-party or unlawful information through the forms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Where a jurisdiction agreement is permitted by law, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. The rights of users acting as consumers under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and any mandatory jurisdiction rules remain reserved.
